FAQ - REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

What is a Transaction Coordinator?

A Transaction Coordinator is a real estate professional who manages all the paperwork and deadlines involved in a real estate transaction. They are trained in every step of the selling process and are tasked with monitoring progress from the time the seller accepts an offer through the close of escrow.

What are the benefit of hiring a Transaction Coordinator?

Your TC ensures your real estate file is Broker compliant, and frees your time to prospect and meet future clients!

Will you contact my clients directly?

A TC works directly with your client and typically makes contact via email, by phone when necessary; and through text message upon request. You will be informed of all communications and you will always be copied on email correspondence.

Do you have a cancellation fee?

No, you will NOT be charged a cancellation fee if the transaction does not close. We only get paid if you get paid.

How is the Transaction Coordinator Paid?

Your Transaction Coordinator will generate an invoice to be signed and paid by the Agent, Seller, or Buyer. Agent must inform Transaction Coordinator who will be paying the Transaction Coordination fee at opening of escrow. The invoice is submitted to Escrow and the Transaction Coordinator is paid through Escrow.

Are my files in a safe place?

Yes, your files will be saved to a secure global file storage system that the Agent will have access to.

What if my office is far away from you?

We are a virtual service company. You do not need to be located near our office in order for us to work with you.

Can you help with a transaction I have already started?

Yes

What if I or my Broker loses the file, can I request a copy again?

Yes, we never delete any files, once a file is complete we store it in our company server. A copy of the file in PDF format can be requested at any time.

How do we get started?

After you contact us, we will set up a meet and greet call. We will go over your current volume and process and at that point determine what steps will be necessary to get the ball rolling.
